Realistically, doing Core Syn. again should have been easier than the last time, but let's face it...nothing surprises anymore when it comes to P90X. The Prison Cell Push Up was by far the hardest exercise today followed by the dreaded Plank to Chaturanga Run. I am not a fan of this workout, the results are great but the exercises themselves are some of the hardest one's in the program...which is funny to think about considering this is a RECOVERY week! I'm exhausted already.
Today's Meals
Breakfast: Wheat bagel with peanut butter. Juice and coffee black
Snack: Granola bar with Activia Yogurt
Lunch: Lean Cuisine
Snack: Healthy Choice Garden Veggie Soup. Accelerade after workout
Dinner: Pizza
I have Kenpo tomorrow which comes in handy after you eat a few pieces of pizza as I did tonight. Later!
